Bug reports and feature requests are genuinely useful. This is a small tool, and most of what gets built next comes from people who wrote in.

How to reach me

Message me through the support page. It is one person, so a reply can take a while.

Say which browser you were using, and what you had on the canvas when it went wrong. If the plan itself is the problem, keep the .tablout.json file from Save Project to hand, because it is the whole plan and usually turns a long exchange into a short one.

Paid poster problems

If the payment itself went wrong, a charge looks unfamiliar, or you want a refund, Stripe handles that directly and can act faster than I can. Use the link on your receipt email. Stripe is the seller of record for the poster file, so refunds and card disputes are theirs to settle.

If you paid and the poster did not unlock: open the poster panel, choose Unlock print file, and enter the receipt number from your Stripe email. The unlock is stored in your browser, so you can re-enter that number at any time. If it still fails, write in.

Before you write

Two things answer most messages faster than we can:

What is worth reporting

What is unlikely to happen soon

Said plainly so nobody waits on it: real-time collaboration, RSVP or meal tracking, a native mobile app, and venue floor-plan imports. The first two need a backend, and the absence of a backend is the reason the tool has no accounts and your guest list never leaves your browser.

Common questions

How do I get my unlock back after clearing my browser?
Open the poster panel, choose Unlock print file, and use "Already paid? Enter your receipt number" with the receipt number from your Stripe email, which looks like 1234-5678.
Can I request a feature?
Yes. The situation behind the request is far more useful than a feature name: how many guests, what you were trying to do.
